Bob O’Connell
Bob O’Connell started out as a successful entrepreneur from his early age. He founded three of his own companies and was the sole owner operator over a 15-year period. Over the past few years, Bob relocated to Southern California and has used his extensive knowledge in real estate transactions and investments, advanced legal strategy, funding resources and strategies, and strategic business experience to consult many top developers worldwide. His extensive experience in grassroots marketing, business structure and operations, real estate finance strategy, and extensive networks and resources will ensure the real estate and associated businesses are at their highest performance and best use.
Emily Shimada
Emily Shimada brings over 14 years of experiences gained through working for multinational conglomerate corporations.
Her specialty includes business strategy consulting, financial & operational compliance, as well as internal & external audit. She utilizes her background in consulting and travel industry to build the backbone of a company and to implement user-friendly project management system.
As a self taught entrepreneur, Emily aggressively learned software tools and techniques to help companies manage business more efficiently and effectively.
She is also experienced in website building, social media marketing and contents creation.
Her specialty includes business strategy consulting, financial & operational compliance, as well as internal & external audit. She utilizes her background in consulting and travel industry to build the backbone of a company and to implement user-friendly project management system.
As a self taught entrepreneur, Emily aggressively learned software tools and techniques to help companies manage business more efficiently and effectively.

Ryan Newburn
General Counsel
As an innovative, hands-on negotiator, Ryan Newburn understands the “chess match” of corporate negotiations, always thinking two steps ahead. Ryan not only anticipates roadblocks but also skillfully negotiates around those roadblocks.
As a mentee of the titans of corporate law, Ryan has successfully negotiated:
Over $18 billion in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures;
